It's not impossible, just very hard. I picked up the game after the HoM came out, about 2 years ago - and even though all my playing has been concentrated on filling it, I'm still only on 45 points. You've only got months, so while I think 30 points is easily doable, 50 is going to be a push; you'd have to play for quite a few hours every single day.

Let me say this, for example if my friend has 3000K in spare, I can get to 30 rather quickly?

+ Maybe a stupid question: But there are sites offering gold, are these trust worthy ?

NEVER buy from a gold selling website. It is illegal, breaks EULA, and will get your account banned by Anet. & even if they don't notice, the sites are nearly always run by people who just want to steal your account.

3000k should be able to do 30 though; although some stuff, like hero armor, is so easy to get that it's a waste to buy it instead/

Ok, 3000K Sounds doable, I think. I think I'm starting in Canta with a Ritualist now. (That's the best?) > Or Nightfall with a Dervish, for the heroes.
